Position Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist (Sports Medicine)
Specific Department: Medical Nursing
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 0730 - 1630

Degree: Master's degree in nursing.
Education: Graduate from an academic program, within the nursing specialty field of study that is accredited by national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support: Certified in the specialty required by the TO as a Clinical Nurse Specialist by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the recognized national nursing certification organization for the specialty.
Experience: Have at least 12 months of nursing experience including phlebotomy experience. Ability to type 40 wpm with no more than 5 errors. Computer literacy with proficiency documenting and retrieving medical patient information across multiple database platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
