PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall perform a variety of PAS for the EMPLOYEE WITH DISABILITIES (EWD) whose conditions can vary widely from those requiring daily assistance to those requiring help with on an as-needed basis. The Contractor is subject to work in rotating and intermittent shifts, and may function in a variety of work settings on short notice. This contract does not require access to classified information however, contractor personnel may require access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) (e.g. For Official Use Only (FOUO), Distribution Statements, Personally Identifiable Information (PII)), and Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).
Working Hours: Regular working hours shall consist of an 8-hour period, between 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
Place of Performance: Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, 667 Safeguard Street, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860
Pay: $28.62/hr

TRAVEL
Contractor may be required, when necessary, to accompany the employee in official travel in order to facilitate performance of his/her job. Travel related duties shall include duties as described in this PWS and may include the following tasks:
Other primary unclassified duties may arise and will be discussed with the Contract Officer’s Representative (COR) on an “as needed” basis.
Reimbursable Travel Expenses
Travel may be anticipated for up to two (2) times a year from Honolulu to the East Coast or the West Coast (estimated trips). Each trip is estimated to be five (5) working days. The Contractor’s actual/substantiated costs shall be reimbursed. Prior to incurring any travel expenses, Contractor personnel must obtain written authorization from the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and /or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Contractor is required to submit all travel-related receipts (i.e., airfare, lodging, rental car, gasoline, etc.) and any supporting documents for the expenses incurred in the performance of the contract. Contractor expense reports shall be prepared and processed in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR). The travel expenses shall not exceed $5,000 under each CLIN.
